Introduction to Store Trafficking Welcome to the wonderful world of Store Trafficking. (On the other hand, maybe I should say, I m sorry.) No matter what, handling Store Trafficking cases will have its unique twists and turns as we pursue those who commit this type of fraud. There are a few things one should keep in mind as they progress through this overview into Store Trafficking: This overview assumes that 1. You are fraud-trained at this point, 2. You have been trained in the use of the Cody subsystem and understand basic navigation. 3. You have been or will be granted access to other resources such as the SNAP Integrity Folder 4. You know how to access and use the Indiana Program Policy Manual 5. You know how to work programs such as Word, Excel, etc 6. You will ask questions if there is an aspect that is overlooked or you do not understand. Although great effort has been made to create this material and to keep it as current as possible, things are ALWAYS subject to change based upon factors which include (but are not limited): management directives, federal, state, and local laws, directives from the Fraud Coordinator, Administrative Law Judge s directives, etc. I would strongly encourage the Store Trafficking agent to be aware of these potential changes and make the necessary adjustments.
